Process description
Operating stations:

1.) Upper judgement with automatic board turning:
-monitoring of the timber infeed
-Correction for boards that are not separated
-Quality assessment by pushing / pulling the boards
-capping by pulling the boards

2) Accumulation cross conveyor before packaging:
-Retrieving the sawn timber from the belt box sorter
-Operation and control of board separation
-monitoring of the bundling

3) Packing machine:
-monitoring the transfer tongue and lifting table
-Possible manual insertion of lost slats
-Attachment of parcel labels



Function or workflow:
Main and side goods are fed in separately by means of conveyor belts into two =
storage bins.

The accumulators are emptied via the separating conveyor to the board feeder and board turner.

At the infeed and turning station, the operating personnel are responsible for
monitoring and quality assessment of the boards.

All boards are inspected from two sides and then measured electronically,
This is done according to length, width, thickness and quality in cross transport.

The sawn timber is transported to the sorting conveyor via the turning and measuring conveyor, which is used to
the storage into the belt boxes. It can be sorted by length, width, thickness and
quality.

Irregular items are removed at the end of the sorting conveyor by a conveyor belt.
