Pellet press monobloc CUS-20, composed of refiner, half cyclone, pellet press, vibrating screen, electrical cabinet and plc with screen 7" (photo 1).
The machine makes about 120-250 kg/h of pellet. The plant can be supplied with loading mixer container for woodchips (max accepted G20-25, moisture 11%-12%), unloading auger for woodchips with magnetic deferrizer, connected to the refiner and filter battery (photo 2). In addiction, we can add also the unloading conveyor belt for pellet and the semi automatic bagging machine, our model PMM-1000. |
