Autumn meeting of wood processing and furniture industries, which takes place once every two years, is acknowledged to be the most representative gathering of specialists in Ukraine and CIS-countries. This gathering, combined with a very intensive business program, is very effective for both participants and visitors, and facilitates the introduction of modern progressive technologies into the commercial forestry of Ukraine. The exhibitions create great conditions for mutual development of cooperation between domestic and foreign enterprises, exchange of latest scientific developments and investment projects. There are many large enterprises working in all regions of Ukraine that have been strengthened by equipment acquired at these exhibitions.

A constant participant of the exhibitions, regional manager from company “Leitz GmbH & Co KG” Mr. Ulrich Kaufman said the following about the previous event: “Our company is a very large manufacturer of tools for woodworking. Traditionally Ukraine possesses good woodworking resources. Lately a noticeable improvement is taking place in the industry. In the future competition will become harder. This forces companies to look for ways to do business more cheaply and efficiently, which can be achieved only by using more modern equipment and tools, and by modernizing entire production lines. I would also like to note that exhibitions are organized well, and the number of visitors is growing with every year”.

For 15 years exhibitions organized by Primus Exhibitions Group reflected the dynamics and tendencies of development of woodworking industries as whole, they supported healthy competition and market development – and they still do. Each new event means new contacts, new opportunities, exchange of experience, introduction of latest developments, and general progress. So there is every reason to believe that the ALL-UKRAINIAN FORUM OF WOOD-WORKERS AND FURNITURE-MAKERS 2008 will once again be the event where the best technical offers meet with qualified demand.
